Authority to whom appeal will lie to release the vehicles.

(Querist) 18 April 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Sir,
One vehicle of my Client has been seized under the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 by the Rationing Officer in Mumbai. To which authority do I have to make an Application in Mumbai to get the vehicle released?
