missing middle name in agreement to sell

Dear sir,
i have purchase a flat which is under constuction. builder make agreement to sale but not written my middle but mention my first name and surname also mention pan no.
My question is
Is is risky
he is agree to write my middle name in sale deed... Its is ok

In the agreement if you mention pan number then no problem at all.
