draw attention of court to fact that permanenet alimony has already been awarded and as such claim for maintenance under section 125 CR Pc would be infructous . as far as DV act is concerned what are reliefs claimed ? state facts of the case

There is generally an agreement either oral or in writing or in the statement before family court that all pending litigation shall be withdrawn by parties. Even if such course not adopted, 125 has no relevance and DV Act application qua monetary benefits shall be ceased on application.
