Juvenile convicted job eligibility criteria

what happens if he/she gets acquitted by the higher court...does the conviction given by the trai court effect him and also the FIR registered in the concernd police station effect his employment oppurtunities....please make it clear sir

if he has been acquitted in appeal the stigma of conviction dosent remain .
