Jurisdiction about adopte child

According to juvenile justice act which court has jurisdiction to give orders that he/she is legally child of parents who adopted to he/she? can chairman of juvenile justice board give this type of order ?

District Judge.
Juvenile Justice Board is for trying criminal offences done by minors.

no,only district judge can pass such orders.
