Respected Sir / Madam, Can my first cousin give me a General Power of Attorney stating that I am empowered to take care of his share in the property, fight court cases, & sell the property to any one I feel like. Except for a few pcs. of village land we are not aware of the rest of the property & that I am trying to trace them thru the Govt. records. So, is it possible for him to issue the said General Power of Attorney by just mentioning that he is giving it to me for the whole of our Ancestral property. He is not keeping well & stays in a different state & I live in the state where the property is. Kindly Oblige me by enlightening me. With Kind Regards Shaikh
