Hello Sir/Madam,

I just to want to know the procedure to practice as a Copyright or Trademark Agent.

I just want to know the eligibility, syllabus, fees, duaration and also the career.
Could someone please explian all these in layman terms to become a Copyright and/or Trademark Agent.

If you are an advocate then you need no special permission. If not then contact local IP Office of India and apply to become its Agent.
On basis of power of attorney you can take necessary steps under this Act.
