Can a working lady give power of attorney to manage her property if she lives in the same city where the property is situated?Under what circumstances can I ask the court to disallow the power of attorney so given?

Any body can appoint a POA.

you cannot ask court to disallow power of attorney given . working lady is free to appoint any one she desires as power of attorney
