The co-op. housing society was formed in the year 2008. The builder / developer failed to make conveyance of the building & land in the name of co-op. housing society. Now the members of housing society want to file complaint against builder in consumer forum. Whether limitation for filing complaint will bar the complaint ?

NO .society must have addressed number of letters to builder to execute conveynace deed . it would not be barred by limitation .

you can also explore the possibility of going in for deemed conveyance

No,it will not bar the complaint.
