Does my mother has a right to write a Will in respect of property inherited from my father after his death ?

No,the property was not inherited through Will.Property was tranfered on her name being spouse on the basis of death certificase of my father.

At the time of death of our father we had no objectioin in transfering the house on the name of our mother.As such the whole of the house was inherited by mother.Does she have a right to write a will in respect of this house as it was not aquired by her but inherited by virtue of death of our father.

What is the act which says that the property inherited but not aquired himself can not be Willed.
