Consent to built house

hi, my father expired in 2009 i put my self, w/o my bro & 3 sisters names in record of right in talathi's office for ancester immovable property no partition take place so far now i want to built a small house on land then i have to take consent of these 4 above.

yes your father has expired and consent of legal hiers wuld be necessary to carry out construction activities on said land
