you can file appeal before state consumer disputes redressal commission against order passed by district consumer forum .

if you have engaged a lawyer you have to pay his fees and out of pocket exepenses .

what have you stated in your reply before district forum . have you admitted issue of bill ?

if you ahve denied that saree was purchaed from your shop complainant has no evidence as bill not on your letter head
