Binding nature without signature

(Querist) 28 March 2012 This query is : Resolved
Respected Experts,
An agreement of sale was contained in five NJ stamps. There are four executants in total.

Out of them, two executants signed on all the pages but rest of them signed only on the first page of the agreement.

What is the binding nature of the said agreement against the persons who have not signed on all pages?
pls reply
Thanks in advance.

The Last Page Signatures a must.
It depend on what liability, the rest two have??
In case of dispute, it need to be proved, they bound or not, by the one who claim right.
Matter of Evidence.
Whether 5NJ purchased by one of the executrix on same day? etc.
