Whom to belongs?

hello Sir,

i have some land(6 acres) which is my own(it came from my grandfathers)in any case whatever happens to me, can it directly goes to my son ( now he is 27 years old)or it can be complicated to him. Yes the land register with my name only contains all the passbooks and legal documents.or my brother put any objection?

It shall remain in your name until you make any arrangement or shall go to your legal heirs after your demise.

The property inherited by you standing in your name shall go to your heirs,i.e.to your only son,if your wife is not alive and you do not have any other child male or female by law of succession.You are also free to write WILL but the same is not needed if have only son as your heir..
