Is it compulsory to submit the Annual accounts of the Parent compnay while filling of form no. 52 in ROC of the liason office ???

Yes. it is compulsory to be filed.

A foreign company shall submit to the Registrar Annual Accounts relating to its Indian business alongwith the documents showing all the places of business in India.If parent company have business outside India then no need to submit said information.
