Can I purchase a flat on individual ownership in a Tenants co-partnership co-operative society, and later resell it to someone else ?

Yes, you can do so if bye-laws of that society allow you.

Check bye-laws before do such. It seems that you wish to take profit on sale-purchase and purpose is not residing.

Normally , bye laws of any society does not restrict subsequent sale or purchase. However, for your safety, you may check the document for the purpose.
