Legal heirs

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 22 December 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Husband executed will infavour of his wife , Husband died many years back, Husband and wife had no children. Wife/widow died without direct legal heirs. she had sister. now husband brother's son are clam the share in the widow;s property. He is entitled to get any share in widow's property. As per hindu law?

Only Husband Brother's Son have whole share as per information posted by you.

IF following persons are alive then Story would be differ:-

Father-in-law,brother-in-law,sister-in-law,sister-in-law’s son, brother-in-law’s daughter,sister-in-law’s daughter.
