Your property belongs to joint family wherein your brother is also entitled for his share. Merely residing in the house of your maternal uncle do not withdraw the status of your family as joint.

A married women can not form any joint family
in her fathers home.Hence unless your mother father and you two brothers expressly form a joint family with your mother's brother no presumption of joint family can be under stood.you can browse my detail view a to z given a week ago on this topic. The property standing in your name out right can not be treated as joint with your brother unless your mother or his brother by a law suit filed against you proves so.But you must understand things apart from law that property made in your name by parents must be shared by you with your brother as of moral.
