Sir i could not understand the different definition give under labour law Acts. can you suggest me method to clear the concept?

Dear Anshul,

Difference in the various definitions in labour laws is because of the nature of the Statute and its purpose.

For ex. definition of Workman differs from Act to Act.

There is no formula as such. But by going through the objects of the Statute you will come to know the nuances in the definitions.
