About maternal grand father property

Respected sir / madam, I live with my mat. grand father from my birth.My mat. grand father have 05 daughters only(including my mother).I am 35 years old now.The all property( immovable) has been registerd(bainama) in the name of me for some of rs. by my mat. grand father.My mousies(my mother'sisters) are annoyed with my mat. grand father and ready to go in court for cancellation of registry.Is this possible? Please advise me what can i do in this case.

if it is your grand father's self ac cured then no need to bather, if it from ancestor then your ants can claim by way of legal

What document under your grand father transferred in favour you?

if your grandfather had by means of gift transferred properties in your name and gift deed is duly registered you have nothing to worry about .

If you have registered Deed of Gift there is no problem,otherwise you have no title/right over the property.During the life time of your grandfather no body can claim,after death all legal heirs and successor would have equal share.

1.had your maternal grand father made payment for purchase of property in your name?
2. when sale deed(bainama) registered?
3. property purchased from whom?
