Today in the case in my relation Hon Magistrate asked the complainant to bring the copy of judgment in the case where the tenants were given lesser area of flat, to the tenants by the developers under redevelopment scheme, than the area mentioned in the Agreement.

The developers also did not pay to the tenants 16 months rent for alternet accommodation which the developer was to provide compulsorily to the tenants.

whether compensation can be demanded?
