sir,
I brought a pre-owned bycycle from my friend. He is living another district. i.e
i am living in Trichur district but he is living in Palaghat district. The vehichle registered in palaghat, i have signed sale letter, two days before i lost my R.C Book, Insurence Certificate
What shall i do

lodge F.I.R. then get duplicate issued

It is necessary to obtain these documents from the concerned offices but they require lodging of police report prior to issuance of duplicate copies so do this process.
