I have been falsely framed u/s 138. My exam in chief has been done. I have missed 2-3 points. can I file a rejoinder for that?

Are you a accused or complainant.

I am the accused, falsely though.
Complainant has shown that I have taken a loan from her. She has produced 3 fabricated cheques signed by me and a fabricated undertaking. She has filled the details and made up a story revolving around it.
But apart from that she has not submitted any document like her IT-returns, source of money, details to whom jewellry sold to get money give me loan.
In this case Can presumption u/s139 be made?
I have changed 2 counsels as both earlier counsels neither filed 145(2) nor 311. My exam-in-chief had started.
So I had almost lost opportunity to cross-examine the complainant. thus giving the complainant a chance to walk off almost scot-free after commiting a huge forgery.
Today my new counsel moved a detailed application u/s 311 read with sec 145(2)during while my exam in chief was in process. The same has been taken on record. Does that mean that it is accepted? Is there a chance that application is rejected also??
