If 'A' getting mentanace from 'B'.'B' is gov. employee & died recently will 'A' get mainatainance from pention of 'A'.If yes under which clause.

You didn't mentioned here the status of the A & B. If A is wife she can't claim maintenance from pension, though she can claim family pension of A.

But if there is a divorce between them she can't claim family pension also.

sorry for inconvinence of detail.
Here 'A' is a wife of 'B'.here she ie. 'A' not divorced from 'B' but have got maintainace from 'B' now 'B' person passed.
is here 'A' able to get Family pension of 'B'
Plz give me details where can she apply for family pension & if got a format it is real surprise for me.

Yes. Surely she is entitled to family pension.
