Transfer of property

(Querist) 21 June 2011 This query is : Resolved 
some one (of her son) is trying to cheating my grand mother for geting the property in his name becuase she is physicaly unable to handle the situation as her age more than 95 years. so how we can protect her & property.

either transfer property to any one, sale or gift or will, or injunction to made.

it not an age to enter litigation. son might be around 70 .better to resolve in family.
