DEAR EXPERTS,
SIR/madam,
Can a male person settle his properties infavour one daughter leaving behind other sons who belong to Hindu in pondicherry. note the property is an ancestral property.
Some claims that other sons can challenge the settlement under THE HINDU CORAMANDAL LAW.
