i have received a summon u/s 61 ,244 in a 302 case about this case i have not know any thing about that who are person behind this what should i do now.

If you have received a summons then you will have to attend court on that day. You will be served with the copies of the case filed. Go through the same and then ask the query if you find it wrong.
