What will be the fate of cheuque bounced cases filled by the company itself wind up ?

If the complainant is the registered company and after its winding up the same is not taken over by other company including its assets and liabilities the case will fall.

A wound up company is managed by the Official Liquidator of the State where the registered office of the company is situated. The official liquidator will oversee the case. By---Arun Kumar Bhagat, Advocate,Calcutta High Court.
