one of the son of my aunty, without her permission , and without knowlege of aunty mortgage the deeds in the bank by forging aunty signature aviled loan, now she come to know about the loan when recovery personnel come to the home, that property was self earned property of her,now what she should do, and how she take defence from the loan,please advice me about the panel and civil rights of mine,and how can i recover my documents from the bank,

Since your cousin has resorted to cheating and fraud any defence taken by your aunty to exonerate herself from civil dispute will attract criminal action against your cousin, in better interest of your family honour I advise you to prevail upon your cousin and explain him the implications and thereby close the loan and return the documents.

sir,no settlement will be happend, now legally we want take back our papers, please explain about civil and criminal proceedings on this issue, according to me this is complete negligence on part of bank,

Bank has negligently done its job so it is better to file consumer complaint against bank.
