hi
i am muslim and married got kid she is 3yers old, i want to know if i die my propertie will go to my wife and doughter
or my family i got two sisters they married and stayig with there husbends and my parents as well they staying saperatly
i think for muslims shria law aplicable i dont know about that if any body know please answer my thing

property distribution is different amongst the mohds. than Hindus.
In Mohd., law there are shares & residuaries
every body will the get the share.

According to Mohammedan Law, the property left by a male Mohammedan is inherited by his widow, sons, unmarried daughters in equal shares. Beware married daughters and sons/daughters of pre-deceased sons are not entitled to inherit any share.
