Society not giving noc for 3 phase electricity

We have residential society comprising of 22 Bungalows.
We want an NOC for making our Electricity line 3Phase by Adani.
The society committee is denying us an NOC. Complete misuse of Powers.
How can we obtain an NOC as our Single Phase cannot take the load there is a danger of Short Circuit related drastic Accident.

You can complain against the society to the Dy./Jt. Registrar of Cooperative Societies.

First issue a legal notice demanding NOC from the society through a lawyer.
If they still are reluctant to furnish then you can approach registrar of cooperative society with a complaint against society and for a direction to provide the relief sought
