10th & 12th documents

Hello Sir, My brother has started his schooling from our village govt school with his Rashi name Awadh Bihari from 1st standard and continued till 3rd, when he was in 4th syd, My mama took him to his village where new private school was opening so he admitted my brother in 5th std there with his home name prashant as there were no document required in 2005 to admit in private, but at the same timey brother name awadh bihari continued in primary till 5th the they transfer him in junior till 6-8, when my brother visit our village he also go here also to give exam, after 8th, my father register his name in other govt school in class 9th..but at the same time my brother continued in mama's admitted school so in 2009 my brother cleared 10th std there, my father was working as a private employee in maharastra so he want give good study to my brother, so he took my brother to Maharastra and there my aunt child was also studing so she was in 10th, so my father also decided to admit him in 10th so he cut his name from govt school where my brother was in 9th with name awadh bihari and after that my brother continued all his study from maharastra like graduation b.ed and other pg and never used his mama,s village 10th certificate which was from Prashant name, and his all the other documents like aadhar card pan card voter id domicile all are with the name of awadh bihari, so due to my father lack knowledge my brother did 10& 12th double from two different board with diffrent name, but from std one to till he has registered with the name of awadh bihari and he never used his certification with the name of Prashant which was from mp board. but sometime he feel little scared without any reason because when he did this he was minor he was just followed what my father tell him to do...he is in job and his maharastra documents are also verified but pls provide me the answer does he need to scare,pls reply sir anyone

Your brother should get his name in a Gazette notification through the Tahsildar concerned with one name "Awadh Bihari' to avoid legal complications in future.

Thank you sir..you mean he has to tell tehsildar about this that he did double 10th &12th from different board but he never used one in any where, could you pls explain little bit...humble request you sir🙏and sir I think gazette to name correction ya name change ke liye hota...my brother has to keep his name awadh bihari..

Respected Sir, He do not has to change his name, his name is correct in every document, Gazette is for name correction or new name..

You are not able to explain the actual problem here.
you better decide what actual problem your brother is facing or ask him to consult an experienced lawyer in the local and get suggestion to overcome his problem.
If his name is incorrect in some documents then he can go for change of name affidavit and other procedures.

@T.kalaiselvan, Respected sir, right now my brother is not facing any issue, he is in govt job, I have explained the issue above that due to my father mistake or lack knowledge my brother has done 10th double with different name from diffrent board ...but he always used one certificate he completed his higher studies with one name and in all the other documents like aadhar pan etc are with the name from which he completed higher study...he is in job..his certificate are verified...but sometimes he scared that he did 10th with other name which he never used anywhere and never will use...i would request you sir, please read the details, I have explained everything..He is afraid that if any body from our close family in future complain to his department then what this would be issue...I told him that after 10th you did all study with one name and identity and always used that identity never used dual identity since you major.. and also worked in corporate around 5 yrs.....kindly reply sir 🙏

If he is not going to use the other certificate and would continue with the certificates that he has used for his employment purpose, then that will remain.
let him ignore the other certificate in total and not to discuss about this with anyone henceforth.
Let him forget that he studied the 10th standard twice.
If he is maintaining strict confidentiality about it then he may not face any problem, especially when he is keeping this information away from his rivals, who try to avenge him by misusing his weakness.

Thank you sir..🙏yes we are maintaining the secrecy..and no one complaint about this..but we have doubt about one person from our close family (my uncle) not sure but he can..so for future prospect we want to sure if anything happen like this..does he has to face any legal issue...sir his degree has been verified twice first in his corporate job second in govt ..god help nothing happen like this...but if ever situation arrived does he would not be guilty..because last 10th education base started from 5th standard (directly admitted in 5)but awadh bihari name was continued from 1st std (if we would try we could get record from govt school)to till now...and when he did this he was minor just followed father's order..when he get mature around 18..he continue with one certificate..we never thought about this but from few days from when uncle and we had some dispute this theing come in mind...though uncle has not told us that he will complain aur did till now...but we want to know our legal ground...because his intension was never bad..aur never tried to use that certificate

sure sir, we will follow your advise, but if it came in front of his department does he would get time to justify himself and he proves that he was enrolled as awadh bihari from std 1, but with Prashant name enrolled directly from std 5 which was in private school which has been closed or renamed, and no base is there for Prashant like from std 1, so if in future any legality we face then, Awadh bihari would be considered or prashant, no degree after 10th with Prashant name only minus point is that he did 10th exam with prashant name one year prior to awadh bihari...also never prepared any offical documents with prashant name except that 10th marksheet...even his son's birth document name is awadh bihari..he sometimes thinks about these things and get scared that the reason I am repeating this...sorry sir...

The employer will not be interested in his name until and unless he suspects your brother to be indulging in any illegal activity.
The employer will be concerned with the original documents submitted before him for this employment and if that was fabricated or forged or manipulated then only your brother will face problem.
If your brother is concealing the other certificate matter with a different name,. nobody will come to know about it because it is totally a different name.
Don't keep stretching this thread with more posts to avoid problems

What is his name as recorded in the records of the Office where he is employed, esp. Service Book, Pay Bill Register, Official Identity Card, Seniority List etc.? Is it the same as in Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter Identity Card etc.?

Government job - Is it a Central or State Government job? Ho long he has been employed?

yes it is same everywhere..in all the official document, he is working with the same name...he started his education from 1st std with that name only, which he continued in his life, just only diffrent thing he gone to mama,s house where mama admitted him in private school from 6-10 with diffrent but during this time his name in govt was also continued, but in his life he never used mama,s side name and certificate anywhere

It is of no use to post disjointed facts time and again. Forget about your mama and his alleged mistakes.
