my brother has done inter cast marriage and we had not accpect it.and we have restigate from home.he is saying that he will sue us for dowry case.is it possible

He can not do that except your brother's wife however it cannot be proved since you have no relation in between both the families.

If his wife has not ever lived with your family then how could you demand dowry and could have harassed her. For dowry case, it will have to be proved that you and your other family members had the opportunity and in fact had demanded dowry and harassed her for not fulfilling the demand of dowry.
