House Rent

I have been living in a rented house since one year which is new constructed Assam Type house. The owner of the house rented it me at Rs. 3500 including electricity n water. After some months she began to take rent of Rs. 500 for car parking, a temporary shade which was built on my expenses. She doesn't allow to use other electrical equipments apart from fan n a clf bulb. After 3 1/2 I changed my room to the next one as I was unable to open my windows as there was lots of bushes behind it along with insects and snakes. She increased Rs. 200 as to her the room was a little bigger than the other. I agreed too n my rent became Rs. 4200.
But now again she wants to increase Rs. 200 more n moreover she doesn't want to make any agreement nor doesn't she wants to listen to anything. Whenever I say anything she tells me to leave the room. What should I do because rooms nearby are not easily available n moving from one place to another is a hard job??
