Want speedy justice direction from high court

Hi,
125 CRPC filed by my wife has been running in family court bangalore since last 8 years.The family court still gives me date once everymonth or even once in 2 months.
I want to get the speedy justice direction from then high court. Kindly let me know the followings.
1.I have to file writ petition under section 482 for this or it will be under some other section.
2.Can I serve the petition copy to my wife instead of her family court lawyer?
3. I would be grateful if anybody send me the links of the format of the petition and describe the procedure little bit. I mean how to file it.
4.What other document along with family court judge ordersheets I have to file to support my case.Though case no itself is of year 2009.
I have lost job due to 125 CRPC IA order under section 91 where my wife seeked the salary ceriticate and form 16. Now I do not have enough money even to higher a lawyer for it. So would be extremely grateful if anybody helps me in giving me these information.

Court proceedings are time and cost consuming. You have to arrange money to get rid of all this mess.
An experienced senior lawyer can also create a headache to other party.

You may focus on getting and remaining employed.
Find your own ways to increase your earning.
Still if you feel that you want Free Legal Aid you may opt for it , if you are eligible.
