Mental harassment on women at workplace

I work in HDFC bank
I am facing a mental abuse from my branch manager, who is forcing me to leave the job.
Even though I am on incubation period only he has made my life a living hell.
I have become a constant victim of abuse
Bullying by others
This has led to bad performance by me making the case worse

Record the abuse (audio/visual/witnessed/minuted).

If you lodge complaint without irrefutable evidence it may not fetch you significant response.

Is M/s HDFC bank member of IBA?

Bank (specially in private sector) may not prefer hearing complaints against their Manager if not supported with full proofs of anti-banking activities / corruption etc.

Can try for transfer to some other Branch.
