Rejoinder by Informant in discharge under section 239

(Querist) 26 June 2016 This query is : Resolved 
We have filed discharge petition under section 239 in 498a FIR case. Since prosecution party is "state", I want to know if informant can file rejoinder in discharge or only state is allowed for the same.
