Sir, shall we get the justice from any where when the courts (lower/high/supreme) of law has clearly do Injustice as well as miscarriage of justice? Vijay

Mr vijay,
Injustice is never done in the matter of of courts.
it is up to you that you might have not feed the lawyer in a proper manner,
or many time clients do not take matter in serious so the lawyers amny time takes date, for proceedings in the matter,
all the trial court and tibunals or other competetent courts has various clauses for appealing the same in the higher court where the person gets injustice, that is said appeal from the order,
