torture and false accusations

One of ma relatives daughter in LW left their house one year back n was demanding to stay separately.. Thy tried to convince her n in doing so they were hit by their daughter in law neighbours..now she filed a complaint against hr husband fr bringing their child to meet the grandparents.. The neighbours used abusive language against d senior citizen I.e the mother in law
They stay in goa..
Wat has to be in such a case?
