Time period for appeal in High Court

(Querist) 14 April 2016 This query is : Resolved 
Sir in a cheque bounce case the accused has been acquitted and I have to file an appeal in High court against acquittal order.I want to know the time period for filing the same and when it will start wheather from the date of order or from the date of receipt of order as I have apply for order copy on the same date when the order was pronounced ?

It is 90 days time. The time taken to get certified copy is excluded.
