I have to register a Partnership Firm in Noida,UP. please tell me what documets i have to submit and where?

Registration process differs from state to state. Hence it would be better if you take help of local registration office or local lawyer.

You need to have the voter id/aadhar card/pan/ 06 photos of each partner. Partnership deed drafted in accordance with profit/loss ratio of each partner need to be registered at Meerut registrar. There is no registrar at NOIDA
