I HAVE A OFFICE SPACE IN PATNA.I WANT TO MAKE A LEASE DEED WITH LEASEE.WHAT PRICE OF STAMP PAPER ,I SHOULD PURCHASE FOR DRAFT the said DEED.& by whom it should be purchase either by the leasee or lessor.what is the time period or time limitation for its registraion in bihar.Rent is more than 20000 & time period of lease is more than 2 yrs.How many Lease deed should prepared on required stamp paper fo both the partes- either one or two.

The stamp duty varies from one State to other State. so consult in local registration office. the stamp duty may purchased either in the name of lessee or lessor, if the document is executed between them. the lease period may be noted as you decided. one lease deed is enough for both parties. if it requires take a xerox copy of original. still public copy required, then take a copy by applying for it.
