Sir my dad had expired last year...as i m hvng a land at tamilnadu.as i want to sale that land so fr that i need this legal heir certificate..fr showing that i m the waris...so where i can apply..at mumbai..i heard a mulund as stay at kurla..in mulund where...and how..let me knw

You have to apply at the revenue department of the place where the property is located.
