Does MP bar council allow a lawyer to engage in other professions as well?

My friend is in practice of CMA (ICWAI) and pssed LL.B. from Rajasthan.

Now he wants to shift his practice in LL.B. so when he fills the form of Bar council, Raj, it states that person should not engage in other profession.

I am told by a SC lawyer that there was not restriction in MP Bar Council. He means o say only MP bar council gave freedom to engage in other profession as well.

Can he do practice in both?
