Death claim under wc

sir
One of our employee died during office hours having heavy chest pain after admitting into the hospital,there was treatment also given. Even then he is not survived.Age 28 years and unmarried. Can we claim under WC policy for his compensation.

The employee that has died due to Heart Attack is eligible.

If he was workman and covered by the Act claim can be lodged.

In addition seek eligible amount under PF/Pension,Gratuity,Mediclaim,Group Insurance,etc and also from private policies of employee and seek compensation from Chairman's office...
