it is educational trust. settlor himself and his wife are trustees. he is holding two post as vice president and treasurer.his wife is secretary of the trust. is it possible a man holding two post at a time in a trust.and one more doubt is ,minimum members are two or three for the trust. please.

Author, as per your query it is an Educational trust registered (following trust act)under Registration Act. then it is the wish of settlor. Even a single person can form a trust and he only can run it. If the trust is under Society Registration Act, then there shall be a minimum of seven (7) members.
