can a case in lower court withdrawn while stay in high court

i filed divoce case in lower cort. my wife got it stayed it in high court. i did not any summon. it is told that both the courts are highly corruped. now can i directly withdraw the case in the lower court and file a fresh one in wifes place without vocating the stay.

my layer opnly told me that the judge will proceed the case if only i give her minimum one lakh rupees. i confirmed this by asking some other layers too.

i cannt chage the system. i can change the place. i have the audio recordings of lawer. i have called the vigiliace by phone. sent email to cvc official email id bu no use.

Change your lawyer immediately. It is he who is misguiding you for fatten his pocket in the name of 'system'.
