Notice to broadband comapny

My Client is being mailing the company since last 6 months for fixing the problem they are facing and company is replying to each mail but havnt solved the problem due to which my client is suffering revenue loss in business.
so please suggest me what should be the content of the notice.

Relate with rules framed for Broadband services framed by TRAI and available on its website.

Cite, Deficiency in service, harassment,mental tension,agony,financial loss etc .........

Study decided cases.

Consumer case decisions are maintained at:

www.confonet.nic.in

It shall be certainly appropriate if the matters is examined by a counsel specializing in consumer/such cases.
