Regarding POA

Dear All, I have registration of properties plot and flat pending in UP. Due to some reason I will be travelling to south india for long term. Could I have a represntative on my behalf to get the registry done in my name through a POA or any affidavit or legal document available for such purposes???

The POA, too, needs to be got registered.

Yes. You can have a represntative on your behalf to get the registry done in your name through a POA.

Since the properties are in UP. I have been suggested to get a SPA by any UP district subregistrar. It got to be registered too. Thanks
