Reopen withdrawn case

(Querist) 25 November 2015 This query is : Resolved 
I have withdrawn a case sec354 under threat 2 months back,but I regret my decision, & want to reopen d case.
Is it possible? And what is the procedure for the same?kindly guide at the earliest.thank you.
